Quad Lakes Tour, one of the Best Sicily Quad Bike Adventure!

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The quad lakes tour is a fascinating off-road trip through woods, springs, waterfalls, ancient ruins, wild life such as the majestic Golden Eagle or the beautiful Sanfratellani horses. The tour goes along the trazzere, ancient Sicily tracks used to connect villages. Along these paths you will reach some of the most fascinating natural sites of the park, including the wonderful lakes: Maulazzo (1490 meters above sea level), Biviere (1230 meters above sea level), the Catafurco waterfall, where will be possible take a swim in its crystal clear waters. The panoramic intensity of the tour will be very high with stunning views of the Tyrrenian sea and Aeolian islands.

The shortest tour goes through off-road trails along forest and beautiful panoramic views of Etna. The 1h30min tour does not include a visit to the lakes, the short duration does not allow us to reach them;

During the tour of 3 hours you will reach the Maulazzo lake through an off-road trail in the woods. You will arrive at the peak of Nebrodi at 1800 meter where you will discover one of the oldest trees in Sicily;

HALF DAY

 

Through an off-road trail you will reach two lakes with wonderful views of the Tyrrhenian coast and the Aeolian islands. Going back you arrive  at the top of Soro mount, where you will discover one of the oldest trees in Sicily;

FULL DAY (Only during Summer season)

 

The full day tour passes through all the stages indicated in the previous tours, until reach the Catafurco waterfall, in the middle of Crasto rocks near the charming village of Alcara Li Fusi.
