How can I book?
Choose which one activity you want to do and click on BOOK ONLINE button, or use WHATSAPP button and we will support you to finalize your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are verified by our team before final confirmation, usually it takes up to 60 minutes from your booking request. For bookings outside working hours or during holidays, confirmation times may be longer.
Where is the start point?
Together with confirmation you will receive an email with all instructions to get activity including the exact position to reach
What happens with bad weather?
Confirmation email contain all instructions, included the phone number of the Person in Charge, to get updates about weather. In case of bad weather our organization will notify you the cancellation. We remind you can get the refund of deposit for bad weather, only if our organization notify you the cancellation.
How works the deposit?
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of a little part of excursion cost that you will pay online during the booking by credit card, prepaid card or pay pal; you will pay the remaining cost of the activity on place the day of the excursion. If you do a WhatsApp booking the operator will send you a payment link.
How works the deposit refund?

How can I modify or cancel my booking?
It's possible cancel or modify the reservation up to 24-hours before. Let us know change or cancellation using the chat or email you used to book, if you booked online fill out the form with your request on the contact page accessible from the site menu.
