ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The quad tour in the Iblei mountains lasts half day with lunch included or no luch option to choose, and runs along a limestone mountain range, between rivers, gorges and streams. The tour start very close to the beautiful towns of Ragusa Ibla, set of the famous TV Series "Commissario Montalbano". It's a jewels of Sicilian Baroque style and a world heritage site of UNESCO. Choosing this quad tour means can see the beautiful historic center before or after the excursion.
The tour starts after a short briefing about safety rules. The first part of the trail is on paved road, it will be usefull to become familiar with your quad bike and will bring us at the beginning of the off-road trail. Between steep trail and a bare vegetation we will reach the Irminio river. From here the route go on with exciting river and stream crossings until a bridge. The path is for 90% along off-road trail, riding along mule tracks and ancient paths that cross the Iblei Mountains.
The option "Quad tour with lunch" will be longer with some other off-road parts until reach the farm where will get lunch. The lunch is with Set Menu and change with the season. Who has intollerace or particular diet will comunicate it at the guide after the confirmation of the booking.
WHO CAN DRIVE A QUAD BIKE?
To drive a quad bike it's enough the standard driver licence used in all part of the world. The minors aged with driver license can't carry passangers.
A quad can carry 2 people, the price is refers to the rental of a quad for 2 people.
